Willis Law Group Announces Major National Expansion with Acquisition of Leading Defense firm Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Willis Law Group announced today it has acquired Philadelphia-based Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris Ledva & Meyers (MSZL&M). After the acquisition the firm will operate under the name Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis and will open an office in Dallas.
The Willis Law Group was founded in Dallas by attorney Kirk D. Willis, a respected trial lawyer who has tried more than 100 jury trials and is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney and has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. The combined firm will be one of the largest minority-owned law firms in Texas.
MSZL&M was established in Philadelphia in 1985 and has 10 offices located in six states. Its attorneys litigate a wide variety of civil cases at the national level. The combined firm’s client base includes insurance carriers, insured and self-insured entities, small, mid-size and large businesses, public and government entities.
The Willis Law Group and the new firm Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis will have a total of 98 attorneys located in seven states to serve a national client base. Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis will open an office in Dallas.
