Aldo G. Bartolone is a seasoned trial attorney with 25 years of experience in high-stakes litigation and a proven track record of success in State and Federal courts. As primary counsel in over 45 jury and non-jury trials, he has honed the skills necessary to deliver strong, strategic defense across a broad spectrum of cases, including general liability, trucking and automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. In addition to his litigation expertise, he has led and managed a boutique law firm, overseeing and mentoring attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive efficiency and results. Upon completing his tenure at the Public Defender's Office, Aldo joined a prominent statewide defense firm, where he skillfully navigated a diverse array of cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile negligence, negligent security, and product liability. Throughout his career at the firm, he held significant roles as both first and second chair in numerous trials, establishing himself as a highly respected advocate in the courtroom.
