Thomas Darmody became part of the firm in 1997 and has been practicing law since 1989. Mr. Darmody finds the greatest satisfaction in delivering unexpected news of victories, such as winning a summary judgment in a significant Labor Law case involving serious injuries to the plaintiff. This case was appealed to New York’s highest court, where the decision was upheld. Understanding that many clients operate seven days a week, Mr. Darmody prioritizes their needs over a traditional calendar.
A lifelong resident of Long Island, Mr. Darmody was born in Rockville Centre and now lives in Kings Park with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys running, golfing, and coaching soccer and football.
