Thomas Darmody joined the firm in 1997 and has been practicing law since 1989. He gets to know each in a way that creates a relationship where they can almost predict each other’s reactions to a case. Mr. Darmody gets the most gratification out of telling a client about a victory that may not have been anticipate, such as winning summary judgment on a significant Labor Law accident where the plaintiff’s injuries were quite serious. The case was appealed to New York’s highest court and decision was affirmed. Mindful that many clients are open for business seven days a week, Mr. Darmody’s availability is dictated by the needs of the client, not by a calendar.
A lifelong Long Island resident, Mr. Darmody was born in Rockville Centre and currently resides with his wife and children in Kings Park. He enjoys running, golf, coaching soccer and football.
