Born & raised in South Philadelphia he graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. and received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Thomas resides with his wife, 3 children and their mini-schnauzer. He loves ice hockey, football, travel, motorcycles, and creates custom Halloween costumes for his family annually.
