After a successful career in corporate America, Ms. Lujardo earned her juris doctorate at St. Thomas University Law School in 2001. She was immediately recruited by the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s Office to prosecute misdemeanor and felony cases and gained invaluable trial experience.
Prior to joining our Mintzer Sarowitz, Maggie had more than twenty years in the civil arena specializing in general liability litigation defense on construction defect, personal injury premises liability and auto accident cases. She was a sole practitioner for more than ten years with a continued focus on the defense of large retail corporations; and gaining experience handling other general legal matters including preparation of business contracts, real property transactions litigation matters.
Maggie’s personal experience as a business owner provides her special perspective and insight into serving our clients’ needs.
