Peter A. Frucchione has been practicing law since 1998, over a decade of which has been at our firm. He believes in the importance of learning a client’s goals and formulating an efficient and cost-effective plan to achieve those goals. His clients draw on his vast experience, and they know that when he receives their case it will receive the type of attention and insight that it deserves. He is diligent in generating clear and concise reports that advise clients of any significant developments in the case and communicating with clients often.
Mr. Frucchione is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) which is a strategic alliance of select attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, risk managers and general counsel of some of the nation’s largest businesses, coming together to promote high levels of performance and ethics in defense litigation. A lifetime Long Islander, he currently makes his home in Rockville Centre, New York, with his wife and their two children. In addition to jogging and playing softball and golf, he enjoys coaching youth sports, and rooting for his favorite teams (New York Yankees, Dallas Cowboys, New York Islanders and the Brooklyn Nets) and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
