Mr. Shay has more than 45 years of litigation experience representing insurers, their insureds, and self-insured entities in the defense of complex construction and general liability matters in both state and federal courts. He is a Continuing Legal Education lecturer on Trial Advocacy and has served as Past President of the New York City Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Shay has received the highest possible rating (AV) from Martindale‑Hubbell.
