Lawrence E. Ging has been practicing law since 2004. He joined our firm in June 2019 from the Pittsburgh office of a large regional defense firm. Mr. Ging’s entire career has focused on defense litigation. He has represented clients in Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts in numerous legal areas. He also has handled matters before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts.
Mr. Ging graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, having earned several awards for his work. He then attended Duquesne University School of Law and earned his juris doctor degree. During law school, he clerked in the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. He also clerked for the Honorable Maureen Lally-Green, former judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Lawrence lives with his wife and three children in South Fayette, Pennsylvania, where he is active as a coach in South Fayette’s youth sports. He enjoys all sports but notably hockey, football, and soccer. In his spare time, Mr. Ging enjoys exercising, kick-boxing, and traveling.
