Kenneth Lambert has been serving as a lawyer since 1989, accumulating over thirty years of experience in various legal areas such as civil appellate law, insurance coverage, personal injury, construction, and premises liability. Before joining the firm, he focused on building a specialized appellate practice, handling over 100 federal and state appeals, mandamus actions, and amicus curiae briefs before the United States Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Texas, Fifth Circuit, and other appellate courts. Additionally, he established a diverse civil litigation practice, gaining expertise in construction litigation, property, and casualty insurance coverage, health care litigation, products liability cases, commercial and business disputes, consumer law, malpractice in medical, legal, and accounting fields, environmental defense (including toxic tort and Superfund matters), and trademark conflicts.
