Keith advocates for clients in Texas state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration tribunals nationwide. He successfully secured a directed verdict in favor of a defendant product manufacturer during a trial concerning a wrongful death claim which alleged defective warnings. Additionally, he achieved a summary judgment for a clean energy company related to claims from a worker injured while repairing a wind turbine blade. Keith also obtained summary judgment for a manufacturer of a boat component involved in a collision that resulted in one death and one traumatic brain injury.
