G. William “Bill” DeLaney has over fifteen years of experience in litigation and joins our firm as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeLaney has represented large corporations, small business and municipalities in a variety of matters including general liability, construction accidents, construction defect professional liability, and appellate litigation. Mr. DeLaney is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Mr. DeLaney graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he completed a judicial externship with The Honorable John A. Almeida, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. DeLaney is a 2002 graduate of the University of Rochester with a B.A. degree in History and Political Science. While an undergraduate, he interned at the European Union in Brussels, Belgium.
