Over his extensive 32-year career, David Masquelette has enjoyed a stellar success rate in all of the areas of civil trial that he has headed. Twenty-three of the years he has served in the legal field was with the Harris County Attorney’s Office where he specialized in civil rights law, personal injury, and government liability cases, among others. As a solo practitioner and lawyer, he took the lead in cases relating to medical malpractice, insurance defense as well as various other forms of law. Prior to working at the Harris County Attorney’s Office, he worked in private law firms, taking the lead in cases involving professional malpractice, general insurance defense, and other civil litigation.
