  • Chauvron Leotaud main focus in the firm is general negligence and Labor Law construction accident cases and specializes in probing fraudulent claims. Chauvron began her legal career in the public sector as a law clerk to the Honorable Terence P. Flynn, State of New Jersey Superior Court.  Later she became the Assistant Deputy Public Defender III to the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and finally served as an Assistant District Attorney of the Nassau County Office of the District Attorney in New York,  where she honed investigative and litigation skills by trying jury and bench trials to verdict and litigating pretrial evidentiary hearings.

    Chauvron has extensive experience defending toxic tort, product liability, asbestos, and general liability matters in the private sector. She has worked on numerous cases involving multimillion-dollar verdict potential and has successfully defended and managed hundreds of complex civil litigation matters.

    Whether through negotiation or taking a case through trial, Chauvron believes in zealously and successfully representing her clients while upholding the highest moral and ethical standards of practicing law courteously with her adversaries. 

     Chauvron received her B.A. from Concordia University and her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law. She is admitted to practice before all courts in the States of New York and Jersey, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
