C.J. Evans has spent the last 20 years in various law fields including insurance litigation, estate planning, adoption law, civil defense, and contract negotiation, among others. During her career, she has taken the lead in negotiating and drafting insurance resolution and settlement agreements, policy and governance protocols, and risk mitigation strategy plans. As a trustee of the third largest employer in Tarrant County, Texas she oversaw accountability for compliant development and growth for the organization, employees, students, and executive management. C.J. facilitates a monthly legal clinic at The Women’s Center of Tarrant County and is fluent in Spanish.
