Bridget K. Casey is a Philadelphia-based attorney representing clients in civil matters in state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, and transportation-related disputes. Prior to joining Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis, PLLC, her experience included employment, toxic torts, workers’ compensation, nursing home litigation, and insurance defense.
She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School where she served as an Executive Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and participated in Rutgers Law Entrepreneurship Clinic as well as Rutgers Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project. During law school, she spent a summer semester studying International Law in at Temple Rome, Italy. She also was an intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney and Pro Capital, LLC where she worked on a variety of real estate matters. Thereafter, she clerked for the Honorable Valter H. Must in Toms River, New Jersey.
Bridget graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology and worked as a paralegal at a civil litigation firm before attending law school.
