Adam K. Gallagher has been practicing since 2018 as a complex litigator, and has handled cases involving insurance coverage, shareholder disputes, securities fraud litigation, high exposure personal injury cases, employment defense, investment fraud, construction defect, and claims arising out of construction site injuries. He has also served as risk management counsel to small and mid-size businesses focusing on insurance coverage, including detailed policy analysis, identifying gaps in coverage, excess coverage, and areas where a business is underinsured.
Mr. Gallagher also has experience litigating a variety of cases involving New York Labor Law, commercial motor vehicle, high exposure general liability, corporate directors and officers liability, professional malpractice, and defense of employment claims. In addition, Adam has also litigated environmental matters involving potentially responsible parties. Before practice, Adam served as law clerk in the New Jersey Judiciary. He has litigated cases in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
Adam graduated at the top of his class at New York Law School while working full time for a mid-size regional insurance defense law firm where he gained exposure to litigating professional malpractice, wrongful death, and high exposure injury cases and is an experienced litigator that handles all aspects of a litigation from investigating claims, to trial preparation, trial and appeal.
