Mr. Marlowe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications with a minor in Computer Science in 1981 and his law degree in 1984 from the University of Florida. He is admitted in the U.S. Supreme Court; 11th Circuit Court of Appeals; Supreme Court, Florida; United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Mr. Marlowe was born, raised and educated in Florida. He grew up in New Port Richey where he was valedictorian of his high school class and where his brother, Robert Marlowe, is mayor. New Port Richey’s James M. Marlowe Elementary is named after his father, West Pasco’s first physician. Mr. Marlowe enjoys cooking, photography, movies, theater and comedy shows.
