Randy Lipkien joined MSZL&M in 2008. He has discovered that having a large caseload requires meticulous organization. He also recognizes that personally catering to the needs of his clients is essential. Mr. Lipkien handles all types of legal matters including personal injury, slip/trip and fall, premises liability, automobile accidents, negligent security, wrongful death, products liability, real estate, property damage, construction injuries, construction defects, food borne illness, subrogation, workers compensation, and fire cause and origin cases.
Mr. Lipkien graduated from Florida State University in 2000 and went on to obtain his law degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to the Florida Bar in all Florida State Courts, The Southern District of Florida Federal Court and belongs to the Florida Bar Association.
Mr. Lipkien was born in Santa Monica, CA, but was raised and spent most of his life in Miami, FL. He is married, is an avid golfer and enjoys playing basketball and football.
